Order Processing

  • Please allow 1-4 business days to process your order; orders placed after 12 pm PST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed, so please double-check your details before checking out.
  • No processing or shipping on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  • We’ll send a confirmation email right after you check out. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  • All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • If an item oversells, we’ll refund your original payment method (5–10 business days). In rare cases where a card issuer rejects the refund, we’ll send a check within 10 days.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it with the carrier.

Shipping

U.S.

  • UPS & USPS
  • Complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders $100+ (contiguous U.S. only).
  • Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate of $10 (contiguous U.S. only).
  • AK + HI = $15 flat rate shipping.
  • Transit time: 3–7 business days once shipped (rural areas can take longer).
  • Need it sooner? Expedited options show at checkout (when available).

International

  • DHL
  • Live shipping rate + optional prepaid duties/taxes shown at checkout.
  • Transit time: ≈ 4–7 business days, subject to customs clearance.

Special drops or peak holidays may add 24–48 hrs to processing or carrier transit.


Returns & Refunds

  • Return unworn items within 14 days of delivery, with tags intact, in the original polybag/box.
  • Final-sale, gift cards, socks, undergarments, hygiene-sensitive items, and “Limited Release” items are non-returnable. Some products may also be marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable in their product details.
  • Email returns@vanlibra.com for a return authorization (RMA) and the correct return address before sending anything back. Packages sent without an RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.
  • We can email you a prepaid return label: $10 fee (contiguous U.S. only) or the actual carrier cost for (AK/HI+Intl). This amount will be deducted from your refund.
  • Prefer to return using your chosen carrier? You may ship at your expense, but add insurance and tracking, as we’re not liable for lost or damaged returns using this method.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Need another size or color? Return the item and place a new order, it's the fastest way to secure stock.
  • Wrong or damaged item? Notify concierge@vanlibra.com within 48 hrs and include photos. We’ll sort it out.

Pre-orders

Payment is captured at checkout. The estimated shipping window is noted on the product page; your order dispatches the moment stock lands. Pre-orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
